As a husband, father, community leader, and mid-career professional, I’m in the sweet spot of life. That perspective matters, and I believe it’s exactly what’s needed in Pierre.

The funny thing about “grown up politics” (increasingly hard to find) is that silly pizza promises never really go away; politicians just dress them up in flashier agendas and cherry-picked talking points.

After a great deal of thought and encouragement, I am running as a Republican candidate for the South Dakota House of Representatives in District 13.

“We need more good people to run” is a sentiment in our politics with enduring resonance. This has been reinforced in nearly every conversation had with folks in and around our district. We must do better, and I intend to do better.
